  1. Prepare 1 bowl of Black eyed peas.
  2. Prepare 2 of big onion.
  3. You need 2 of big tomatoes.
  4. You need 2 tsp of finely chopped cabbage.
  5. Prepare 2 tsp of beetroot.
  6. You need 2 tsp of carrot.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  8. It’s 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  9. You need to taste of Salt.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Lemon juice.
  11. It’s As needed of Oil for frying.
  12. It’s 1 bowl of wheat flour.
  13. Prepare 2 tsp of Veg mayonnaise.
  14. It’s 1 tsp of Olive oil.
  15. You need 2 of Green chillies chopped.
Home-made tacos instructions
  1. Soak black eyed peas overnight. pressure cook it giving two whistles.

  2. Heat the pan add 1 tspoon oil, first add onions saute for minute then add tomatoes fry till meshy now add red chilli powder,garam masala,salt to it.mix well and cook for five minutes.

  3. Make a medium soft dough of wheat flour.make chapati roast from both sides wait for 5 minutes.heat oil in kadai fry chapati to make tacos.remove excess oil.

  4. Now take a bowl add cabbage, carrot and beetroot some onion and tomato add lemon juice,salt and pepper chopped green chillies mix well salsa is ready.

  5. Now assemble tacos first add black eyed peas,then salsa and add veg mayonese to it. usually cheese has to be added but didn't get so used mayo.
