Masak nutrijell terlebih dahulu sesuai petunjuk, tempatkan di wadah lalu dinginkan. Jika sudah dingin potong menyerupai dadu.
Blender 1 buah mangga harumanis (tanpa air), rebus sagu mutiara hingga kenyal dan matang..
Panaskan susu cair, santan, susu evaporasi, SKM, vanilli, aduk rata hingga mendidih.
Tuangkan mangga yang sudah di blender kedalam susu, tambahkan nutrijell dan mangga yang sudah dipotong dadu kemudian aduk-aduk.
