4 d dough get a clean bowl pour in ur flour,baking powder,salt,sugar, 1egg,1/2 butter and mix until well combine den start adding ur cold water until u form a soft dough.
For ur filling u start adding some little oil in ur pan add in ur Onion, pepper,and chopped garlic stir until soft,then add ur shredded fish stir and fry for 3min,then add ur spices &seasonings & continue frying it on a low heat then add ur spring onions and stir u are done.
