Wash rice thoroughly and add the whole garam masala spices, salt and pour 3 cups of water to cook the rice..
Mix all the machurian balls ingredients thoroughly and knead with little pressure so that it comes together well..

Heat oil in a pan to shallow fry or deep fry the manchurian balls and keep them on paper napkin..
Take a pan which is big enough to mix rice in it..
