  2. Prepare 500 g of buntut sapi(rebus sampai empuk).
  3. You need 1000 ml of air.
  4. Prepare 5 tangkai of daun bawang, potong potong.

  6. Prepare 200 g of kentang potong kotak.
  7. You need 5 butir of cengkeh.

  16. It’s 1/2 sdm of garam.
  17. Prepare 1/2 of masako sapi.
  18. It’s 1/4 sdt of vetsin.

Oxtail soup is one of my favourite soup. I sometimes created the oxtail soup into grilled oxtail soup. Oxtail soup is one of popular dish in Asian, one of them is Indonesia. We called it "sop buntut" in Indonesia.
