Coffee Bun (Roti Kopi). Campur tepung, gula, ragi kemudian masukan telur aduk, tambahkan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit uleni sampai setengah kalis, kemudian masukan butter uleni sampai kalis, bulatkan adonan tutup plastik wrap/serbet diamkan 60 menit sampai mengembang 2x lipat.
Kempiskan adonan uleni sebentar timbang adonan masing kurang lebih 50gr (saya jadi 9 bun) diamkan 10 menit pipihkan adonan kemudian isi dengan butter dingin yg telah di potong2 bulatkan kembali, susun diatas loyang yg telah dialasi baking papper diamkan lg sekitar 30 menit (proofing kedua).
Untuk adonan topping mixer butter dan gula sampai tercampur rata dan halus, kemudian masukan telur, mixer kembali, masukan tepung terigu kocok lagi, terakhir masukan pasta mocca dan kopi instan (kopi instan terlebih dahulu ditarutkan dengan 2sdm air panas) kemudian masukan adonan topping dalam plastik segitiga/pipping bag.
Setelah proofing kedua semprotkan bahan topping melingkar diatas bun hingga 3/4 bagian panggang dalam oven bersuhu 200 derajat selama kurang lebih 10 sd 12 menit tergantung oven masing2, sajikan selagi hangat.
