Red Velvet Pancakes (Recipe courtesy of Divas Can Cook). The pancakes came out fluffy, lightly sweetened with that signature light chocolate taste just like red velvet cake. Of course the cream cheese glaze was the icing on the cake : ) These red velvet pancakes will definitely be a repeat in our house. I can't wait to make these for company and see their reaction.

Courtesy of Martha (sort of) too.. Its red velvet cake in pancake form ! This red velvet cake recipe is SUPERB!!!! And it passes the stick to the back of the fork test like a champ! Adding a bit of coffee to the batter isn't "traditional" for red velvet cakes but it adds another layer of flavor and really hypes up the chocolatey taste to perfection.
