- You need 2 of cabai merah.
- Prepare of Gula.
- It’s of Garam.
- It’s 1/2 sdt of cuka.
- Prepare of Air.
- Prepare 1 sdt of maizena.

Gyoza instructions
Buat kulit,campur semua bahan sampai rata dan kalis lalu istirahatkan selama 30 menit,tutupi dengan kain lembab.
Buat isian :blender kasar semua bahan kecuali tepung lalu letakan di mangkuk dan tuang tepung sedikit demi sedikit,koreksi rasa dan tekstur.
Ambil adonan potong menjadi 12 bagian lalu gilas tipis dan isi,lipat gyoza.lakukan smp adonan habis..
Panaskan 3 sdm minyak goreng lalu masukan gyoza dan goreng satu sisinya smp kecoklatan.tambahkan 100 ml air dan minyak wijen lalu tutup teflon,masak gyoza smp air menyusut dan matang.angkat.
Untuk saus rebus bawang putih dan cabai smp empuk lalu blender jd 1dan rebus kembali,masukan maizena.koreksi rasa dan kekentalan..
