- Prepare of Urad Dal little.

- It’s of Oil.
- You need of Sugar.

Take frying pan. When hot add oil. Then put Green and Red chillies, Curry Leaves, Ginger and all the above mentioned Dals, Mustard Seeds and Asofetida powder..
After the Mustard seeds splutter and the Dals become golden brown, add the Vegetables and the roasted Semolina (Rava). Mix well. Mix well..
Add the Hot water with your left hand while mixing with right hand. There should be more water than the Semolina..
Mix well. Add 2 taps of Ghee. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and serve hot with Coconut chutney..
