- Prepare 7 siung of bawang merah.

Lumuri buntut dengan jeruk nipis garam merica, diamkan 10 menit.
Rebus daging 10 menit, buang buih dan lemak2nya.
Rebuskembali dengan ikatan daun pre, daun seledri dan kaldu bubuk 1/2 - 1 jam sampai empuk(bisa pake presto jika ingin lebih cepat).
Tumis sedikit minyak, mentega, bawang merah, bawang putih, baceman bawang sampai layu, masukkan ke kuah.
Tambahkan garam,gula,merica, pala, koreksi rasa.
Masukkan wortel, masak sampai empuk.
Jika ingin lebih enak, masak h-1.
