  1. Firstly dry roast 1 cup bombay rava on low flame for 2-3 minutes, keep aside to cool completely..

  6. Now pour 3 cups water and get to vigorous boil..

  7. Further add 1/2 tsp sugar,1 tsp salt and 1 tsp ghee, mix well..

  8. Keeping the flame on low start adding roasted rava slowly, stirring continuously in another hand.This helps to prevent from any lumps formation..

  9. Now mix continuously till the rava absorbs water..

  10. Cover and simmer on low flame for 5 minutes. Or till upma is cooked well..

  11. Further more turn off the flame and add 1/2 slice lemon juice and 2 tbsp coriander leaves, mix well..

  12. Finally serve rava upma with coconut chutney or plain.
