Siapkan wajan/pan anti lengket. Cuci bersih bahan, lalu lakukan seperti resep. Tuang air di wajan, beri nasi, sereh, kentang, sebagian labu (sisakan sedikit untuk diakhir) dan jagung manis, masak sambil sesekali di aduk perlahan..sampai nasi lumat. Lalu tambahkan garam, kaldu jamur,lada bubuk dan sebagian labu kuning..masak hingga nasi sudah mulai menjadi bubur.
Sambil nunggu kita bikin MINYAK BAWANG : Panaskan minyak, kemudian tumis bawang putih hgg kecoklatan, angkat dan sisihkan..
Kembali ke bubur…ketika nasi sudah mjd bubur *seperti pepatah😅, masukkan kangkung/bayam, masak hingga sayuran matang.. lalu masukkan daun kemangi, aduk perlahan, terakhir tambahkan minyak wijen (supaya lebih beraroma & nikmat) dan minyak bawang…aduk lg. Lalu Angkat.
