  2. You need of Salt,pepper.
  3. Prepare 50 g of Butter.
  4. Prepare 100 g of Cooking apples.
  5. Prepare 10 g of Caster sugar.
  6. Prepare 125 ml of Vinegar or red wine.
  7. You need 50 g of Bacon trimmings.
Braised red cabbage instructions
  1. Quarter, trim and shred the cabbage.wash well and drain.
