Wash 2 cups quinoa and leave it with 2 glass water for 1/2 hour then Cook it for 5 minutes.
Heat 1tbs oil in a pan.Then flutter jeera, mustard seed and green chilli..
Add Onion, potato, Carrot, peas, green Onion some salt and fry it for 5 minutes..
