- It’s of Chicken boneless 1/2 kg cut in small cubes.
- You need 2 of finally chopped tomatoes.
- Prepare of Onion 1 sliced.

Chicken handi step by step
Heat oil add sliced onion and fry till it turns golden..
Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté and add finally chopped tomatoes sauté till it becomes a paste..
Add salt, red chillie powder,turmeric powder and mix well..
Then add boneless chicken and cook until chicken is tender then add well beaten yogurt,crushed cumin and coriander and stir fry..
At the end add kasuri methi, Garam masala powder and fresh cream..
Garnish with ginger and green chillie..
Serve hot with nan🥘.
