Ingredients of Rava upma sooji
  1. It’s of dry roasted ravai(sooji).
  2. Prepare of green chilli.
  3. You need of ginger.
  4. Prepare of salt.
  5. It’s of hing/asafoetida.
  6. You need of oil.
  7. Prepare of onion.
  8. You need of cashew.
  9. You need of water.
  10. Prepare of curry leaves.
  11. You need of urad dal.
  12. It’s of mustard seeds.
Rava upma sooji instructions
  1. Place a thick base kadai Pour some oil when gets heated add mustard,urad dal,curryleaves,cashews.

  2. Next saute onion for 5 mins then add ginger,green chilli and saulte for 5 mins.

  3. Add 2 cups of water and 1 pinch hing,salt.

  4. When the water boils add 1 cup dry roasted rava slowly into the water when the water gets absorbed add some coriander leaves and off the stove and close it with a lid for 5 to 10 minutes.

  5. Now it's ready to eat with coconut chutney and sambar.can eat it with sugar also.
