  1. It’s 1 cup of dry roasted ravai(sooji).
  2. You need 1 tsp of green chilli.
  3. You need 1 tsp of ginger.
  4. You need to taste of salt.
  5. Prepare pinch of hing/asafoetida.
  6. Prepare 3 tsp of oil.
  7. Prepare 1 of onion.
  8. Prepare 3 tsp of cashew.
  9. You need 2 cups of water.
  10. You need 1 tsp of curry leaves.
  11. It’s 2 tsp of urad dal.

Rava upma sooji instructions
  1. Place a thick base kadai Pour some oil when gets heated add mustard,urad dal,curryleaves,cashews.

  2. Next saute onion for 5 mins then add ginger,green chilli and saulte for 5 mins.

  3. Add 2 cups of water and 1 pinch hing,salt.

  4. When the water boils add 1 cup dry roasted rava slowly into the water when the water gets absorbed add some coriander leaves and off the stove and close it with a lid for 5 to 10 minutes.

  5. Now it's ready to eat with coconut chutney and sambar.can eat it with sugar also.
