  3. Add milk little by little to form smooth ribbon type batter..

  4. Add vanilla essence, honey and eno..

  5. Mix nicely to form smooth ribbon batter..

  6. Take nonstick griddle and oil it lightly and remove the traces of oil from the surface with the help of tissue paper..

  7. Pour in the batter lightly at one place only. It will self form round shape. If it looks thick, then raise the griddle left right lightly to spread. Dont touch it with any spoon etc..

  8. Cover and cook for a minute at low flame..

  9. Bubbles will be visible. Uncover and flip the side. One side is perfectly done..

  10. Cook for 30-40 seconds at low flame from other side too..
