Scones step by step
  1. Measure and sift flour in a bowl.

  4. Add the cold butter.

  5. Mix until crumbly in texture. Add the egg and remain a little to brush top. Mix all over again.

  6. Now, add the cold milk in the middle of the dry ingredients.
