  1. You need 2 tbsp of roasted and powdered oats.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of urad dal (split black lentils).

  9. Soak the vadas in enough water in a deep bowl for 20 minutes..

  10. Thereafter, squeeze out all the water from each vada by pressing them in between your palms. Keep aside..

  11. Assembling

Place vadas on a serving plate and spread ¼ cup of salted curds over them..

  1. Sprinkle ½ tsp of cumin seeds powder and ½ tsp of chilli powder over it..
