Salmon Katsu Burger step by step
bake the salmon fillet for approx. 30 mins at 375°F.
Put the onions, parsley, mayo, lemon juice, boiled eggs, and black pepper in a food processor or blender, this will be used as a sauce for the burgers.
remove all bones from salmon after baked.
add egg white, corn starch, black pepper and salt and mix into the salmon.

Ahi katsu burger was pretty good as well but I'm not the biggest fan of horseradish. To make the burgers, rinse the prawns in cold water, then pat dry on kitchen paper. Tip half the prawns and the spring onion into a food processor with a generous pinch of salt, and pulse to a rough paste.
