  1. First make the green chutney…add all the ingredients in grinder jar…grind it into a thick chutney…keep it aside.

  2. Now take bread cut in in your favourite shape…I have cut it round from katori…then on both the bread pieces spread butter on the side which will be toasted..then on one bread slice spread chutney n on the other bread slice spread sauce.

  3. Take all the veggies in a bowl…add black pepper,salt, Mayonnaise n cheese n mix it well…

  4. Then keep the veggies on the one of the bread n close it with another one…now keep the sandwiches on the steel rack which u get in the microwave…we will cook it in grill mode…for 3 minutes from one side n other 3 minutes for other side….

  5. You can toast it on tawa or sandwich maker too….

  6. Once it is toasted serve hot with sauce n chutney.
