Easy fudge. This easy fudge recipe is my lazy day candy recipe (and you know I love lazy recipes). It's simple, low maintenance, and not fussy at all. It's the laid back cousin to my well-loved (but slightly fussier) peanut.

You can have Easy fudge using 5 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook that.
Ingredients of Easy fudge
- Prepare 3 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Prepare 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk.
- You need 4 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
- It’s 1 pinch of salt.
Easy fudge recipes are my favorite kind of fudge to make. Fudge is delicious, but it can be quite a hassle to make. When you use condensed milk however, you save yourself a lot of steps. See more ideas about Fudge, Fudge recipes, Candy recipes.
Easy fudge instructions
Line 8x8" glass pan with foil and spray foil with cooking spray.
Put chips, butter, and milk into microwave safe glass bowl.
Microwave 1 minute 30 seconds.
Stir with spatula until smooth. Let heat of the bowl melt the chocolate, rather than do additional microwaving..
When smooth, add vanilla and salt. Stir to mix. (To make it more of a chocolate-sea salt fudge, add several pinches of chunky sea salt or kosher salt to the mixture. Then sprinkle salt on top once it's ready to go on the fridge.).
Pour into foil-lined pan and even out with spatula..
Refrigerate for 3 hours..
Remove foil-lined fudge, remove fudge from foil and slice. Refrigerate to maintain fudge..
Easy cherry fudge using JELL-O gelatin and topped with Dark Chocolate! Perfect for Valentine's Day, birthday parties, baby showers. Super-Easy Fudge: I found this recipe in a book, but I've seen it in some other places too. It's so easy and versatile that I don't think I'd ever try to make fudge any other way. It's super easy to make, no thermometer required and has a great old-fashioned, amazing fudge flavor and texture!
