- Prepare of tempe (fermented soybean).
- It’s of red and yellow bell peppers.
- It’s of tofu.
- It’s of white rice.
- You need of quinoa.
- You need of indonesian soy sauce.
- It’s of garlic.
- You need of ginger.
- Prepare of chinese soy sauce.
- Prepare of oyster sauce.
- You need of fish sauce.

Tofu & Fish step by step
Wash the rice.
Add soaked quinoa to the washed rice.
Stir to mix rice and quinoa well before cooking.
Cut the tempe into smaller slices (chop in half first!).
Soak the tempe in hot water with lid closed.
Wash the flatfish.
Squeeze the water out of the flatfish.
Marinate the fish with salt and pepper.
Chop the tofu into smaller slices.
Chop bellpepper into slices.
Drain the tempe.
Stirfry the tempe in olive oil.
Add a bit of the indonesian soy sauce.
Stir fry more.
Stir fry the tofu (after taking out the tempe) and no need to add extra oil to pan.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Stir fry bell peppers (no need for additional oil).
Add tempe and tofu into pan again.
Add more indonesian soy sauce.
Stir fry more.
Add the bell peppers.
Add the chinese soy sauce.
And a bit of fish sauce.
And a bit of oyster sauce.
Mix together.
Serve.
