Chop Manchurian Ingredients Onions, Capsicum, Carrot, Gobhi, Ginger, Garlic Cloves very-very finely..
Chop Gravy Ingredients, Onions, Ginger, Garlic Cloves very-very finely but soft Capsicum & Spring Onions roughly..
Now take a bowl, add Manchurian Ingredients with finely chopped vegetables in it & mix them properly..

Now let the mixture rest for 4-5 minutes..
After 4-5 minutes, take a kadhai, add oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame..
When oil gets heated up, make medium size balls from mixture & dop them in oil & fry them till they their surface is set but don’t fry them till golden brown in first frying..

Then after some time again turn on the gas & keep it on high flame..
Now fry Manchurian balls till they turn into golden brown in colour..
After 2-3 minutes, when they turn into golden brown in colour, turn off the gas & take them out in a bowl..
Now again take a kadhai, add 4 Table Spoon oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame..
When oil gets heated up, add finely chopped onions, garlic cloves, Ginger & roughly chopped capsicum & spring onion in it & cook them for 3-4 minutes till they become translucent/ Soft..
After 3-4 minutes, add sauce ingredients in it & mix them properly..
When it starts boiling, turn off the flame & add fried Manchurian balls in it & mix them properly..
Remember to turn off the gas or Manchurian balls will become soft..
In then end add some dhaniya leaves in it & mix them properly..
