Dry roast sooji.Chop carrots and beans and lightly steam or boil them.Dry roast sooji.Set aside. Heat oil in a wok.Fry the peanuts and set aside. Sprinkle mustard seeds and hing(asafoetida).When they splutter,add grated ginger and chopped onion.Fry lightly and add tomato and fry.Add the steamed vegetables and sweet corn and toss..
