Rendam bulgur hingga lunak, sekitar 20 menitan, lalu tiriskan dari air rendamanya. NOTE=kalo pakai instant oatmeal tidak perlu direndam ya, langsung aja dicampur tapi agak diremas biar lebih halus..
Cuci bersih daun parsley, lalu cincang halus, ini satu ikat setelah dicincang halus jadinya 4 genggam, cincang juga daun mint nya..
Dalam mangkuk, taruh daun parsley cincang, daun mint cincang, bawang merah cincang, tomat cincang dan bulgur yg sudah lunak..
Tambahkan perasaan lemon atau jeruk nipis, minyak zaitun, merica bubuk, jintan bubuk, dan garam, aduk hingga rata, test rasanya asin dan asam sesuaikan selera, kalo punya "debs rumman (pomegranate molasses) juga bisa ditambahkan sebagai sausnya,bikin rasanya makin enak,tapi kalo tidak punya skip aja, dan untuk resep debs rumman homemade silahkan klik lampiran: (lihat resep).

I prefer flat leaf fresh parsley (also known as Italian Parsley) as it's better texture but curly leaf is alright.
