In a pan add 4 cup water and soak soya chunks into in and boil them for 7-8 minutes.
Once boiled stain the water out from pan and add some cold water to soya chunks and then squeeze water out from soya chunks.
Now in one bowl add 1 tbps curd,1/2 tbps red chilli powder,1 tbps salt,1 tbps cornflour. Mix it well. Now add squeezed soya chunks into it and mix well.
In a pan add oil. Now add soya chunks to fry.
In another pan add 1 tbps cooking oil add chopped garlic and add diced capsicum and onion. On high flame cook for 2 minutes. Then add 2 tbps tomato sauce,soya sauce,2 tbps corn flour,salt as per taste and saute well for 1 minutes.
