  1. Heat oven to 170°F.

  2. Mix ground beef, egg, onion, marjoram, worsteshire, seasoning and bread crumbs.

  3. Form meat into 4 oval patties about 3/4 inch thick.

  4. Add oil to a 12 inch saute pan over medium heat.

  5. Cook patties 5 minutes per side, then place in oven to keep warm.

  6. Add butter to saute pan.
