KETAN : rebus santan, gula, garam dan pandan sambil diaduk smp gula larut.
Masukkan beras ketan yg sdh direndam dan ditiriskan. Aduk rata sampai mendidih dan santan agak sat.
Matikan api, diamkan 15 menit smp jd ketan aron.
Didihkan kukusan, masukkan ketan aron dan kukus selama kurang lebih 25 menit.
VLA Santan : Tuang di panci santan (sisakan sekitar 3 sdm untuk melarutkan maizena), dan bahan vla lainnya kecuali maizena. Didihkan sambil diaduk. Masukkan larutan maizena masak sebentar smp kental, matikan api.
Penyajian : Tata dipiring mangga yg sdh dipotong2, ketan, siram vla santan dan taburi wijen / keju,,, aku pake keju karna gak ada wijen..
