Butter Chicken India step by step
  1. Bumbui ayam dengan 1sdt garam, 1sdm cabe merah dan bumbu bubuk seperti : baput, jahe, kunyit dan cabe.

  2. Tambahkan yoghurt, aduk rata kembali lalu simpan dalam kulkas min 30menit.

  3. Tumis ayam dng 1/2nya bahan butter hingga coklat kekuningan, sisihkan.

  4. Tumis cengkeh, jinten dan pekak dengan sisa butter yg 1/2 sampai harum.

  5. Masukan irisan kunyit, jahe, baput dan bombay sampai layu, lalu keluarkan dari penggorengan bumbu rempahnya.

  6. Masukan potongan cabe dan tomat, aduk2, masak selama kurleb 10menit.

  7. Tambahkan cabe bubuk (optional), aduk2, masak hingga layu lalu beri garam kemudian cooking cream, aduk hingga semua menyatu.

  8. Dengan api sedang tunggu 5menit baru kemudian masukan ayam, aduk hingga tercampur rata.

  9. Test Rasa.

  10. Masak hingga bumbu meresap.

  11. Sajikan bersama nasi / roti.
