  1. Take a pan boil 4 cups of waterwith 1 tsp salt,add 3 cubed potatoes and boil for 6 mins until the potatoes are half cooked. Drain off the potatoes and keep aside.Take a bowl add maida,corn flour, ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,salt,2 tsp oil andadd water.Mix all ingredients well than add potatoes in it and fry till they golden brown.
