Budae Jjigae Seafood, simple dan enak instructions
Untuk gochujangnya dicampurin aja dan aduk rata. Sisihkan..
Bersihkan udang dan cumi. Potong2 seukuran sedang (biar bisa langsung masuk mulut). Sisihkan.
Potong2 kimchi sekita 2-3cm. Btw kimchi aku cuma sawi putih aja..
Tumis baput n cabe sampe wangi, masukin air kira2 200ml, tunggu mendidih. Masukin kimchi aduk2, masukin bumbu gochujang, aduk rata tunggu mendidih. Masukin udang n cumi. Kalau udang n cumi udah matang lanjut masukin telur tunggu 2-3menit (tergantung selera elornya mau matang atau gak) selesaaiiii~.
Kalau bisa telurnya jangan terlalu diaduk, 1-2x aja diaduk, kalau diaduk sampai hancur malah penampakkannya kayak seblak😅.
