  3. Celupkan daging yg sudah digulung ke telur, lalu gulingkan di tepung serbaguna, celupkan lagi ke telur lalu gulingkan ke tepung panir. Simpan dulu di freezer selama 1-2 jam supaya tepung panir lebih menempel.Dan sebelum menggoreng supaya matang merata,saya oven dl 20 menit suhu 150° agar daging yg beku matang. Bisa juga lsg goreng dengan api kecil setelah daging dkluarkan dari freezer dan didiamkan sebentar dalam suhu ruang..

  4. Untuk pelengkap, saya buat salad sayur. Cuci lalu potong daun kol dan tomat. Karena sedang mengikuti challenge mengolah tema MERAH, saya tambah dengan bayam merah 😍.
