- It’s 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts.
- It’s 1/2 cup of crushed jaggery.
- It’s 1/2 cup of Rice puffs(murmure).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of grated coconut.
- Prepare of few raisins.
- Prepare 6-8 tbsp of pure ghee.
- It’s of Gems for garnish.
Peanut RicePuff Balls step by step
In a mixie,put the roasted peanuts..
Grind them to a soft powder..
Heat up the pure ghee in a pan.let it melt down..
Now add crushed jaggery to it..
Stir continuously to avoid lumps.Cook on the low flame till jaggery mix with pure ghee..
Add grinded peanut powder,grated coconut & raisins..
Mix well & cook till all the ingredients mix well with eachother.Switch off the flame & pour the mixture in a bowl..
Now add rice puffs & mix well so that they can evently coated with the mixture..
Take a small portion in hand & press them in to small flat balls..
Press the gems on the top& Refrigerate for 10 minutes so that they become hard.Take out the dessert from the refrigerator just before seving.Serve cold..
