Kocok lepas telur, di wadah terpisah campurkan tepung terigu, bon cabe, kaldu ayam bubuk, dan lada putih, baluri ayam dg tepung kering lalu telur kembali lg ke tepung terigu lalu kembali lg ke telur, terakhir balurkan ke tepung panir, tekan2 ayam di tepung panir agar tepung panir menempel, setelah semua ayam sudah terbalurkan tepung panir masukan ke dalam freezer, agar tidak berantakan saat di goreng.
