  2. Prepare 1 cup of pitted dates.
  3. It’s 1/4 cup of peanut butter(homemade or store bought if it doesn't have any added sugar).
  4. You need 1/4 cup of shredded coconut.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of dark cocoa powder.
  6. You need 1/4 cup of peanuts.

Process on high speed for a few seconds to incorporate. You don't want to over-chop the nuts or they will end up like a powder. They also add a nice nutty flavor. Chia seeds - these seeds give the date balls a nice crunch, some extra fiber, and the host of nutrient benefits that chia seeds provide.
