Ingredients of Dry Fruit Balls
  1. Prepare 1 tbsp of almonds.
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of cashew nuts.
  3. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of walnut.
  4. You need 1/2 tbsp of peanuts.
  5. Prepare 2-3 of green cardamom.
  6. It’s 1 cup of Jaggery.
  7. You need 1 tsp of ghee.
Dry Fruit Balls step by step
  1. Take all the ingredients.

  2. Dry roast the dry fruits & transfer to a mixer jar once it cools down..

  3. Put jaggery in the same pan.. let it melt completely then add 1 tsp ghee.

  4. Add crushed dry fruits to the melted jaggery.

  5. Mix well and transfer to a greased plate and flatten with your palms- cut and eat like chikki.

  6. OR make round balls and enjoy.
