- It’s 2 sdm of Pasta Perisai Makanan Merah Cabai (sesuaikan selera).
- You need 1/2 sdt of Himsalt.
- You need 1 sdt of Baking Powder.
- Prepare 3/4 sdt of Soda Kue (wajib keadaannya yg masih fresh).
- Prepare 110 ml of Minyak Sayur (saya pakai Wisjman+Butter Unsalted yg dilelehkan).
- Prepare 1.5 sdt of Vanila Extract.
- Prepare of Buttermilk.
- It’s 250 ml of Susu Cair UHT Low Fat (meek Greenfield).
- You need 1 sdm of Perasan Air Jeruk Nipis/Lemon (bisa diganti cuka).
- You need of Cream Cheese.
- You need 100 ml of Whipping Cream (merk Anchor).
- You need 150 gr of Cream Cheese (merk Anchor).
- It’s 1 sdm of Susu Cair UHT.
- Prepare 50 gr of Gula Halus.
- You need 50 gr of Unsalted Butter (merk Anchor).
- It’s of Toping.
- It’s of Keju Cheedar Parut secukupnya (optional).
- You need of Kacang Tanah Sangrai secukupnya (optional).

Campur semua bahan kering (kecuali telur, vanila extract, butter yg dilelehkan), lalu sisihkan. Siapkan gelas campur semua bahan buttermilk, lalu diamkan 10 menit..
Panaskan oven selama 10 menit. Tuang butter yg dilelehkan & vanilla extract ditengah bahan kering lalu mixer rata, naikkan speed mixer tambahkan buttermilk & telur secara bertahap sampai habis. Lalu kocok merata, kemudian tuang ke loyang & hentakkan sesekali..
Masukkan loyang ke oven & panggang selama 50 menit menggunakan api atas bawah dengan suhu 180 derajat (sesuaikan oven masing2) atau sampai matang. Jangan lupa test tusuk, apabila sudah matang diamkan dulu di dalam oven sekitar 10 menit..
Kemudian keluarkan kue & dinginkan. Setelah dingin, potong kue menjadi 2 bagian..
Ambil bagian atas permukaan kue, lalu hancurkan menggunakan garpu & bisa dipanggang kembali supaya lebih kering menjadi crumble..
Siapkan wadah untuk membuat cream cheese. Campur semua bahan kecuali whipping cream & kocok hingga lembut. Kemudian kocok whipping cream hingga mengembang & kaku. Lalu masukkan kocokan cream cheese ke dalam whipping cream & aduk balik menggunakan spatula sampai tercampur. Tuang ke plastik segitiga & simpan di kulkas 30 menit..
Lalu mulai frosting untuk kue. Beri cream cheese di kue lapisan pertama, ulangi sampai cake & adonan cheese habis..
Frosting seluruh cake dengan cheese cream & beri taburan toping sesuai selera..
Simpan cake di kulkas min. 1 jam sampai benar2 set. Lalu potong & sajikan..
