Nastar step by step

  1. Isi : Kupas lalu potong2 nanas. Kemudian blender / parut nanas.

  2. Isi : Masak nanas dengan api kecil hingga agak asat, lalu tambahkan gula. Masak sampai asat.

  3. Isi : idealnya sesudah nanas dingin, didiamkan dikulkas semalaman.

  4. Kulit : mixer mentega, gula halus dan kuning telur hingga tercampur rata saja, jgn tllu lama.

  5. Kulit : lalu masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit.. uleni sampai kalis (tidak menempel di tangan).

  6. Lalu isi kulit dengan isian selai nanas yg sudah didiamkan di kulkas semalaman.

  7. Olesi atas nastar dengan telur & madu sebelum masuk oven. (Jangan lupa panaskan dulu ovennya).

  8. Panggang nastar 15 menit dl dg suhu 150c (sesuaikan dg oven masing2), keluarkan lalu olesi lagi dengan olesan.

  9. Panggang lagi 15 menit dg suhu yg sama…
