  1. Heat oil in a pan and arrange the idli pieces to shallow fry. Roast it well in medium flame for 3-4 minutes..

  2. Flip the idli pieces and roast the other side as well. Remove the pieces to a plate to drain the excess oil..

  3. Take a wok add oil. Now add onion and ginger-garlic (chopped finely or paste)..

  4. Add spring onion, capsicum and bell peppers and keep stirring on a high flame..

  5. Add some salt, tomato sauce, soya sauce and green chilli sauce..

  6. Mix well and add red chilli powder, pepper powder and mix well..
