  1. Kocok butter, margarin dan gula halus sampai pucat. Lalu tambahkan kuning telur, kocok sampai tercampur rata.

  2. Masukkan tepung singkong, maizena, susu bubuk dan baking powder, aduk rata menggunakan spatula.

  3. Bulatkan adonan, lalu celupkan ke dalam kocokan putih telur dan gulingkan kedalam keju parut.

  4. Tata di atas loyang yang sudah di alasi baking paper, kemudian tekan menggunakan jempol lalu isi tengahnya dengan selai menggunakan piping bag.

  5. Masukkan kedalan oven yang sudah dipanaskan selama 10-15 menit, panggang selama 40 menit menggunakan api sedang cenderung kecil.

  6. Angakat dan sajikan saat sudah dingin.
