I got a comment from a reader saying that I should check out Ottolenghi's biscuit base which I have done seeing as I got Ottolenghi's cookbook for my birthday (thanks Rob)! Perfectly chewy spiced oat and sultana cookies. The sultanas add a fruity edge, with a cinnamon and mixed spiced kick. They're beautifully rich and tasty and once you've had one, you end up reaching for more. The original recipe for Sultana biscuits.
