Ingredients of Chinese Bolognese
  1. Prepare 500 g of beef mince.
  2. It’s 4 cakes of Sharwoods fine egg noodles or similar.
  3. You need 4 of large mushrooms chopped into large slices.
  4. Prepare of few florets of frozen broccoli.
  5. You need 1/2 of onion, chopped.
  6. It’s 1 of large clove garlic finely chopped.
  7. Prepare 2 tablespoons of cornflour.
  8. It’s 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  9. Prepare 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce.
  10. You need 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  11. Prepare 1 tablespoon of seasame oil.
  12. Prepare 1 teaspoon of white pepper optional.

Soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster, pepper, cornflour etc. Start with cornflour and stir to smooth paste then fill cup with water. Add this to your pan when mushrooms and brocolli have softened Drop noodles into boiling water stir until loosened. Decant into a sieve and rinse with cold water.

  1. Fry onions and garlic in little oil.

  2. Add mince to browned onions and brown.

  3. Add mushrooms and broccoli.

  4. Stir sauce ingredients in a mug. Soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster, pepper, cornflour etc. Start with cornflour and stir to smooth paste then fill cup with water. Add this to your pan when mushrooms and brocolli have softened.

  5. Drop noodles into boiling water stir until loosened. Decant into a sieve and rinse with cold water. Drain excess water. Fry noodles in small batches in alot of very hot oil. Drain to remove excess oil.

  6. Serve the bolognese over the crispy noodles. Add soy sauce / chilli oil to taste.
