Ingredients of Vegetable Upma
- It’s of Rava / Semolina.
- It’s of Carrots.
- It’s of Peas.
- Prepare of Beans.
- It’s of Onion chopped.
- You need of Tomato Chopped.
- Prepare of hot water or more.
- It’s of Salt.
- Prepare of Oil and Ghee.
- Prepare of Green Chilli.
- It’s of Ginger Garlic paste.
- It’s of Mustard.
- Prepare of Dry red Chilli.
- You need of Curry.
- It’s of Coriander and Mint.
Vegetable Upma instructions
First Roast rava in some ghee and remove from pan. In same Pan add some oil add Mustard,curry leaf,Red Chilli and add chopped onion sauté well then add ginger garlic paste..
Then add all chopped veg and sauté well for few minutes add salt to taste,add some coriander and mint leaves (not too much) add tomato. Once all veg is cooked add hot water and boil for while..
Now add salt and adjust (i taste the water to be salty) Then add the rava and mix well and close lid for while till done..
Now mix well and add some ghee at end..
