  2. Prepare 100 grams of Yoghurt.
  3. It’s 3 tbsp of Papaya paste.
  4. It’s 1 of Onion (fried and ground).
  5. It’s 2 tbsp of Ginger/garlic paste.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Roasted and crushed cumin seeds.
  7. It’s 2 tbsp of National Tikka boti masala.
  8. It’s 1 tsp of Crushed red chillies.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Hot spices powder.
  10. It’s 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  11. Prepare 4 tbsp of Roasted & ground Bengal grams.
  12. You need 4 tbsp of Mustard oil.
  13. It’s to taste of Salt.

In marinated mutton/beef,add blended spices,red chili powder,salt,yogurt and mix well.
