Cairkan 65 gr margarin, kemudian sisihkan..
Masukkan 3 butir telur dalam wadah, tambahkan gula, terigu, maizena, vanili, dan SP. Kemudian semua bahan dimixer dengan kecepatan maksimal sampai kental berjejak (+/- 10 menit).
Tambahkan margarin cair dalam adonan, lalu aduk dengan spatula hingga tercampur rata..
Tuang dalam loyang yang sudah diolesi mentega dan dilapisi kertas roti, panggang dengan suhu 200 derajat selama +/- 20 menit, atau kalau menggunakan oven tangkring hingga permukaan kue kering..
Setelah matang, keluarkan dari loyang dan potong jadi 2 bagian, olesi dengan selai hingga merata, kemudian tutup 1/2 bagian dengan 1/2 bagian yg lain. Kemudian potong sesuai selera (saya memotongnya diameter 4cm)..
Selanjutnya coklat batang kita cairkan, masukkan pada piping bag. Kemudian tutup permukaan kue dan bagian samping kanan kiri kue dengan coklat. Setelah itu saya menggunakan sisa royal icing yg ada (sisa membuat icing cookies) untuk menghias. Jika tidak ada royal icing bisa menggunakan coklat warna yg dicairkan, atau menggunakan buttercream juga bisa. Disesuaikan dengan selera dan bahan yg ada. Kemudian letakkan diatas cup kertas, dan siap dihidangkan. Selamat mencoba 😉.
