- It’s of Food coloring yg terjamin aman (saya pakai wilton).

Kocok butter,gula, vanilla extract sampai halus n warna agak putih. Lalu masukan telur, kocok kembali hingga rata..
Masukan bahan kering dengan cara diayak ke dalam campuran butter. Campur hingga menjadi adonan padat. Istirahatkan adonan dalam keadaan tertutup sekitar 30-1jam (resep asli nya sih di suruh diamkan minimum 4jam atau overnight, tp sy udah ga sabar😂).
Ambil beberapa bagian adonan. Pipihkan dengan rolling pin hingga kurleb tebal 1/2cm (beri tepung di alas n diatas adonan agar tidak lengket n hancur), cetak menggunakan cookie cutter sesuai selera.. letakan pada loyang yg sudah diolesi mentega atau dialas kertas roti..
Panaskan oven api bawah suhu 175drajat celsius skitar 10menit. Panggang adonan cookies hingga warna nya agak kecoklatan (pucat sih ga sampe coklat banget) angkat dan biarkan dingin…

Hias cookies sesuai keinginan (teknik nya bs diliat di youtube ya, saya bingung jelasin nya scara jg masih amatiran mainan royal icing 😆) yang jelas sifat royal icing ini gampang mengeras kl dlm keadaan terbuka, jadi kalau setelah menggunakan icing, letakan pada wadah yg diberi tissue basah (tissue+air ya, bukan wet tissue buat tangan) n dibungkus dikit ujungnya agar tidak mengeras..
Diamkan cookies hingga betul2 kering.kalau mau cepat kering, oven cookies skitar 5menit dgn api oven kecil. Jadi putih telur nya pun dijamin matang. Lalu sajikan.. selamat menikmati cookies lucu dengan secangkir kopi.😁😘.
