Kita buat kukisnya dulu yaa…Kocok mentega dan gula bubuk dikocok sampai tercampur rata.
Masukkan kuning telur satu persatu kocok lagi sampai tercampur rata..
Masukkan terigu, maizena dan vanilla aduk rata sampai bisa dibentuk. Bila adonan masih lunak, tambahkan terigu 1-3 sdm tapi jangan sampai terlampau keras ya..simpan dalam kulkas 15 menit.
Giling adonan diatas meja, dengan ketebalan tertentu, misalnya 5mm. Cetak dengan cetakan kukis, pindahkan ke loyang..
Oven dengan suhu 140C selama kurang lebih 30 menit atau sampai keemasan..
Keluarkan, biarkan dingin diatas loyang…dan tiba waktunya membuat adonan royal icingnya…
Kocok putih telur sampai peak ya..jika dibalikan baskomnya..tidak tumpah lagi.
Masukkan gula sedikit2 dengan mixer kecepatan rendah.
Masukan air jeruk.
Masukan vanilli.matikan mixer. Jika terlalu kental tidak apa2..kan akan ditambah tetesan warna dan air bbrp tetes. Dibagi2 dan diberi warna…
Masukan kedalam plastik segitiga dan mulailah melukis yeaahh❤.
Setelah dilukis agar putih telur matang masukan kembali ke dalam oven bbrp menit dengan suhu max 100 ° ya.
