Panaskan olive oil dg non stick skillet pan dengan api sedang. Tumis onion hingga harum, masukan bell peppers, tumis hingga aga layu lalu masukkan Jamur..
Masukkan Tomat, tomatto paste atau pasta sauce (pilih salah 1 saja). Kecilkan api.
Masukkan garam, paprika bubuk, jinten bubuk, chili flakes, crushed peppers. Aduk lalu tutup pan. diamkan -/+ 10 menit hingga soft dan sedikit berubah seperti sauce. (Semua bahan tdk perlu sampai lembek).
Buat 4 lubang diantara sauce tersebut, lalu masukan telur, tempatkan ditiap lubang. Tambahkan basil leave/ parsley/ seledri atau Chopped Dried Basil disekitar telur. Tutup pan hingga telur matang skitar 10 menit. Atau sesuai selera misal kamu suka telur setengah matang..
